This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator for TRUFF’s retail partners, overseeing daily sales operations while fostering growth and establishing robust distributor and broker relationships.
• Direct account planning, promotional implementation, and management of trade expenditures, ensuring that TRUFF’s strategies are executed successfully at retail locations.
• Take charge of business development by formulating and executing sales strategies, along with cultivating and maintaining customer relationships across the Grocery/MULO/Natural Channel.
• Strategically design, plan, monitor, and assess progress towards company goals and KPIs in a dynamic, high-growth CPG setting.
• Collaborate across functions to adhere to customer timelines.
• Leverage syndicated and retailer insights as well as category trends to inform strategic plans.
• 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the CPG sector, preferably within Food & Beverage, managing regional grocery/natural channel accounts.
• Strong comprehension of retail customer dynamics, promotional strategies, and trade spend management.
• Experience in working with and managing brokers, as well as direct retailers (both small and large).
• Proven track record of managing and expanding accounts within small to medium-sized fast-growing brands.
• Proficient in syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS) and retailer-specific platforms.
• Experience overseeing customer-specific P&L and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, presentation, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
• Capability to organize and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a multitasking environment.
• Work effectively within the organization to fulfill the mission, understand the values and vision, and integrate into all functional areas of the business.
• Openness to learning and accepting guidance in a professional manner.
• Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching to enhance individual and company performance.
