This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of expanding accounts while acting as a dedicated advisor and a crucial contributor to client success.
• Identify new opportunities and provide impactful talent solutions that enable your clients to grow and meet their business goals.
• Perform regular, insightful check-ins with clients to collect feedback, evaluate account health, and identify new business challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management position with a proven track record of exceeding revenue-related targets and a deep understanding of client requirements and relationship building.
• At least 1 year of experience in software consulting or tech sales, showcasing a strong grasp of the software project management lifecycle.
• A thorough capability to convert client business goals into strategic solutions and actionable project plans that illustrate Toptal’s value.
