This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive revenue growth and foster enduring relationships with clients.
• Represent a diverse range of scientific products and services.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with key accounts.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assist customers in achieving their scientific objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in sales, ideally within the laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Technical acumen and the capability to comprehend customer applications and workflows.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in building and sustaining customer relationships across various levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning abilities.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, especially French, is advantageous.
