This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio consisting of LATAM advertiser accounts along with selected key accounts on the East Coast, acting as the primary contact and fostering solid client relationships.

• Lead client communications in Spanish, which includes providing performance updates, conducting campaign reviews, and managing daily correspondence.

• Ensure that campaigns meet client objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations.

• Identify and pursue upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities within current accounts.

• Collaborate with the operations team to oversee the execution of campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring both accuracy and promptness.

• Convert client requirements into clear internal briefs, ensuring alignment on targeting, creatives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor the performance and pacing of campaigns, proactively recognizing risks and implementing optimizations.

• Provide reporting and performance insights, translating data into actionable advice for clients.

• Coordinate with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to manage workflows, timelines, and resolve issues.

• Serve as the expert for the LATAM market, guaranteeing culturally relevant communication and an exceptional client experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (both written and spoken) – required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline

• 3–6 years of experience in account management, digital media, advertising, or client services

• Experience in managing digital campaigns (display, programmatic, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of ad operations, trafficking, and reporting processes

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ad tech tools is advantageous

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Experience with LATAM-based clients or markets is preferred

• Willingness to travel up to 5% for team meetings

• Knowledge of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and CMS tools is a plus

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights
