This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive commercial recovery process for at-risk accounts by utilizing structured intervention playbooks.
• Spearhead restructures that encompass pricing migrations, address competitive threats, and streamline platform rationalization as a result of mergers and acquisitions.
• Rebuild trust and reaffirm the OutSystems ROI and value proposition at the executive and VP levels.
• Discover new business units and use cases to facilitate long-term ARR growth.
• Demonstrated success in complex SaaS renewal negotiations and managing distressed or at-risk accounts.
• Capability to assess a portfolio based on risk factors and urgency.
• Outstanding ability to rebuild relationships and navigate organizational complexities.
• Proficiency in collaborating seamlessly with a dedicated Solutions Architect and current Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• A proactive approach in high-pressure situations.
