This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take ownership of and manage a portfolio of regional accounts.
• Create account strategies and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for our strategic accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer communications and escalation issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to provide value-driven solutions.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify and address risks or opportunities.
• Represent Körber at regional industry events and client workshops.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and cultivate long-term relationships.
• A strong understanding of the pharma or life sciences industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments; global experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in software sales or life sciences is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
