This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Promote additional products to current customers, including offerings like Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online, and Insurance.
• Execute high-volume outbound initiatives through calls, emails, and demonstrations to cultivate and advance the expansion pipeline.
• Oversee the entire sales process for add-on prospects, from initial discovery and demonstration to objection resolution, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to pinpoint growth opportunities within the customer base and spearhead the commercial sales process.
• Keep precise records of pipeline and activities in Salesforce, detailing next steps, closing dates, forecasts, and follow-ups.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals by consistently generating and finalizing expansion opportunities.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in SaaS sales, preferably in inside sales, account management, expansion sales, or customer growth roles.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying closing position, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
• Experience in selling to existing clients, including upselling, cross-selling, add-ons, or product expansions.
• Proficient in high-volume outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
• Exceptional skills in discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Strong discipline in CRM management, ideally with Salesforce, for effective pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
