Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients via email, phone, and Zoom, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

• Oversee client onboarding to guarantee a seamless transition from sales to production, ensuring all necessary information is coordinated and expectations are clearly established.

• Organize internal project tasks with the team to maintain the schedule of web design and SEO projects, ensuring that no details are overlooked.

• Recognize retention risks and opportunities for upselling within the client base, taking proactive measures to enhance client relationships and increase revenue.

• Assist the sales pipeline by following up on incoming leads and scheduling qualified calls with the co-founders.

• Manage challenging conversations, complaints, and escalations with composure and effectiveness, resolving issues independently without needing founder intervention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or a related client-facing position within a marketing or web services agency.

• Proven understanding of web design project processes and SEO service delivery, with the capability to confidently discuss both with clients.

• Practical experience using GoHighLevel and ClickUp.

• Successful history in client retention, upselling, and aiding sales initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email, phone, and video calls.

• Capacity to work independently, take responsibility for accounts, and function with minimal supervision in a fast-paced remote setting.
