This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and expand a business portfolio valued between $3M and $4M
• Develop and present business reviews and proposals during quarterly meetings
• Actively seek out new business prospects within the current client base
• Oversee client renewal processes while ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Foster robust client relationships with an emphasis on establishing C-suite advocates
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and solutions to help clients meet their business objectives
• Keep an up-to-date renewal and cross-sell forecast, identifying areas for enhancement
• Collaborate with the assigned Customer Success Manager to guarantee effective onboarding and adoption
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions focused on process improvements, product feedback, best practices, and more
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS account management
• Proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in selling Professional Services in conjunction with SaaS subscriptions
• Exceptional skills in people and relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational abilities
• Experience in change management and implementing new solutions within large organizations
• Proficient in Salesforce
