This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Utilize industry expertise and skills to enhance our cutting-edge transportation services.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while recognizing and appropriately escalating any daily challenges or service shortfalls.
• Assist in the management of daily account services, which includes recruiting, vetting, and credentialing third-party transportation providers.
• Oversee Field Operations, encompassing new client onboarding, client retention and development, as well as expanding existing accounts.
• Responsible for the ongoing enhancement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system.
• Act as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, offering guidance, direction, and constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the general public by adhering to regulatory and client policies and procedures.
• Monitor local transportation services to ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in EverDriven contracts with clients and providers.
• Develop and sustain open lines of communication with project contractors, community officials, and agency personnel.
• Collaborate with various EverDriven departments to create and maintain documentation related to provider information, operations, and safety inspections.
• Comprehend and adhere to safety regulations established by regulatory authorities and client contracts.
• As part of regular business activities, individuals in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in compliance with the stipulations set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations is advantageous.
• Excellent professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work effectively with a diverse array of customers and service providers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
• Strong familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Passing a Drug Screen and Background Check is a condition of employment.
