This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Leverage industry expertise and skills to enhance our cutting-edge transportation services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by recognizing and appropriately escalating potential daily issues or service shortcomings.
• Aid in overseeing daily account services, alongside recruiting, vetting, and credentialing third-party transportation providers.
• Manage and supervise Field Operations, which includes new client onboarding, client retention and development, as well as expanding existing accounts.
• Accountable for the ongoing enhancement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system.
• Serve as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, offering guidance, direction, and constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the general public by enforcing regulatory and client policies and procedures.
• Oversee local transportation to guarantee performance aligns with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in EverDriven contracts with clients and providers.
• Foster and maintain open lines of communication with project contractors, community leaders, and agency personnel.
• Collaborate with EverDriven departments to establish and uphold documentation related to provider information, operations, as well as maintenance and safety checks.
• Comprehend and adhere to safety regulations established by regulatory bodies and client contracts.
• As part of routine business functions, employees in this position may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in accordance with the standards set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in transportation and/or operations is advantageous.
• Excellent professional communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of customers and service providers.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and dynamically addressing problems.
• Strong familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Background Check is a condition of employment.
