This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of existing customer accounts to enhance customer retention and foster growth.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with over 150 accounts by performing regular debriefs, product demonstrations, and check-in calls.
• Identify growth opportunities within your current client base through referrals and various networking efforts.
• Adhere to the AM Daily Dashboard workflow as outlined in the CRM.
• Keep a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline forecast.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Actively engage and contribute during team meetings, Slack discussions, and one-on-ones.
• Utilize a variety of communication techniques to proactively engage and expand your accounts.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Previous outbound or prospecting experience is advantageous!
• Proven history of meeting and/or surpassing targets through upselling and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Extensive experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• OTE up to $105K CAD + Stock Options + Benefits.
