This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage all assigned contract renewals to guarantee timely and precise execution.

• Oversee contract processes, which include renewal management, quote generation, Salesforce opportunity records, forecasting results, and monitoring the signature progress.

• Discover opportunities to enhance Encircle’s presence during the renewal process.

• Recognize chances to introduce new products to our existing customers.

• Utilize platform data to execute campaigns aimed at developing new product pipelines or generating additional revenue.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to identify at-risk accounts and formulate strategies to secure renewals when necessary.

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers through phone and email communication.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively demonstrate the Encircle platform to current customers.

• Work alongside Revenue and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to identify value, trends, and opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as account executive or account manager.

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota targets year over year.

• Capability to address objections and successfully close deals.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting customer expectations.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce, Churn Zero, G-Suite, etc.
