This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee a portfolio of established sellers, utilizing data, strategic planning, and partnerships to assist them in achieving their next phase of growth.
• Promote the use of essential tools and programs, offer trusted advice, and serve as the unifying element that transforms TCGplayer into the most dependable growth partner for every seller.
• Safeguard and enhance revenue by managing a designated portfolio of Professional-tier sellers through regular engagement and follow-up.
• Execute organized adoption campaigns that encourage the utilization of vital marketplace programs (Direct, POS, International).
• Achieve weekly customer connection objectives through a mix of proactive outreach and responsive support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Seller Marketing) to gather seller insights, pinpoint friction points, and guide the development of new solutions.
• Advocate for seller feedback by contributing to the Voice of Seller pipeline and assisting in the development of enablement playbooks and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships or portfolios within a growth-oriented marketplace, SaaS, or eCommerce setting.
• A proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes in retention, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and consultative abilities, capable of building trust, influencing decisions, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing data, utilizing dashboards, and employing CRM tools to discern trends and prioritize impactful initiatives.
• A strong passion for process, with the capability to adhere to established playbooks while offering suggestions for improvement.
• Curiosity and initiative - a proactive problem solver who seeks opportunities to provide value without waiting for guidance.
• Empathy and resilience - dedicated to supporting sellers' success even amidst challenges or changes.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or seller development roles.
• Established success in driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth within a SaaS or marketplace context.
• Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs), Google Workspace, Tableau, and Outlook.
