Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a selection of important existing clients.

• Take charge of delivering exceptional customer service while fostering long-lasting relationships with our customers.

• Oversee daily account operations, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Function as an internal liaison for key clients and represent their interests as required.

• Stay informed about industry trends that may impact our clients' businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in research, marketing sciences, business intelligence, strategic insights, and/or analytics.

• Familiarity and sales experience with media ad tech or ad measurement products and services.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the capability to learn additional necessary business tools, such as Maconomy, SPSS, and Survey Reporter.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
