Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate business opportunities with ISPs, integrators, and regional carriers;

• Oversee strategic customer relationships from initial prospecting to post-sales support;

• Assess technical requirements and suggest Datacom solutions (including Switches, GPON, DWDM, and Wi-Fi);

• Track the sales pipeline and aid in regional expansion;

• Work collaboratively with internal engineering, support, and commercial marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with internet service providers (ISPs);

• Background in B2B sales of networking and connectivity solutions;

• Hunter and Farmer profile, exhibiting strong capabilities in prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation;

• Ideally located in Porto Alegre or the surrounding metropolitan area;

• Willingness to travel;

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related disciplines.
