This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly pipeline and sales objectives through account renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to pinpoint white space opportunities while formulating and confidently presenting account strategies to senior leadership.
• Partner with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the most promising accounts for expansion.
• Regularly build and maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM, including clear and concise notes.
• Comfortable with prospecting and requesting referrals within the existing account base.
• Contribute to the development of our sales playbooks.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the SaaS sales cycle.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with effective time and activity management skills.
• Knowledge of strategic account planning and the ability to identify white space opportunities.
• Proficient in CRM and sales productivity tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
• A team player who is willing to dive in and contribute as needed.
