This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for sourcing, evaluating, nurturing, and finalizing relationships to enhance Onslow Bay’s correspondent loan network.
• Identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with potential mortgage originators, brokers, and loan officers.
• Building and sustaining robust business relationships with mortgage originators.
• Collecting necessary documentation and financial statements from partners.
• Effectively managing the pipeline to facilitate a seamless process for partners.
• Offering guidance and support in loan structuring.
• Handling escalations in collaboration with the credit and operations teams.
• Reporting on business development and sales activities.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Onslow Bay’s Seller Guidelines.
• Assisting in the formulation and implementation of business plans.
• Over 10 years of experience in non-delegated correspondent and/or wholesale lending.
• At least 5 years of experience in Non-Agency (Non-QM) lending sales and mortgage banking.
• Preferred experience with MeridianLink LOS.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization for employment in the United States.
• Required to undergo a background investigation.
• Must be prepared to work additional hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel is required; this position may be hybrid or remote.
