This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and their value proposition for our clients.
• Establish clear objectives and ensure precise forecasting by formulating a comprehensive territory strategy.
• Oversee the entire sales process from generating leads to closing the deal.
• Design and present tailored meetings, outstanding Proof of Values (PoVs), and onsite business value demonstrations for clients.
• Showcase the ability to advise and position for executives at the CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO levels with industry insights; consistently listen, nurture, and enhance executive relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with both new and existing clients.
• Expand Cyera’s footprint among alliance and channel partners.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry networking occasions.
• Grasp and embody Cyera’s core values, strategic direction, and market standing.
• Foster productive working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure cohesive strategy alignment and meet company goals.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• At least 8 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the cloud/security/data sectors to Fortune 500 clients.
• Expertise in value-based solution selling, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable business results and ensuring alignment with overall business value.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities and a knack for creating innovative solutions that advance the sales process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud security, and data risk management.
• Preference for candidates with a sales background in cloud security, data, or AI.
• Fundamental understanding of various data security and compliance frameworks and their impact on business value.
• Must show proficiency in implementing a structured sales process and be familiar with qualification frameworks and sales forecasting/management tools.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to rapidly changing situations.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required, approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.
