This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Create and implement a strategic sales approach aimed at targeting and penetrating high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic sector.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, including over 50% travel.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge to engage in consultative selling, demonstrating how Pushpay’s software addresses business challenges and adds value for Dioceses and parishes.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, which encompasses proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal finalization in collaboration with territory Account Executives and internal teams.
• Provide accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and report pipeline status to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to guarantee a seamless solution delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Pushpay within the market.
• Generate revenue through acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, including at least 2 years focused on selling software or technology solutions to parishes and Dioceses.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, with a demonstrated capacity to close complex, high-value deals.
• Familiarity with the software industry and SaaS solutions, along with knowledge or experience regarding the internal operations of the Catholic church, is preferred.
• Strong aptitude for understanding customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in consultative sales methodology, employing insights to influence decision-making at the C-suite level.
• Expertise in contract negotiations and managing intricate sales cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex software solutions.
• Capability to comprehend and effectively convey the technical aspects of software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
