This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of and develop a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Strategically concentrate on your most significant accounts.
• Formulate and implement account growth strategies grounded in genuine operational insights.
• Recognize opportunities across various plants, sites, and business units.
• Manage upselling and cross-selling sales processes from start to finish.
• Engage with operations leaders, IT, procurement, and C-level executives.
• Conduct value-driven, consultative sales discussions.
• Work closely with EU sales teams, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales departments.
• Contribute to defining the practical aspects of US–EU collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in growing install base and expansion accounts within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Background in selling to manufacturing, industrial, or asset-heavy sectors (or related fields).
• Capability to generate pipeline opportunities within existing accounts.
• Strong skills in diagnostic discovery and value-based selling.
• Confidence in navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ownership of deals.
• A proactive mindset with a strong inclination towards action.
• Familiarity with asset management, CMMS, or operational software is a significant advantage.
