This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve sales quotas and drive success within a designated territory focused on state and local law enforcement agencies, meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Create and implement sales strategies and campaigns targeting new clients.
• Establish and nurture a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and direct sales efforts, as well as leveraging partners and strategic networking.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships to effectively navigate and close complex enterprise deals.
• Gain in-depth customer insights into existing and new use cases, customer requirements, internal decision-making processes, budget cycles, and other critical information.
• Provide precise quarterly forecasts of the sales pipeline.
• Offer product feedback to cross-functional teams (product and engineering) to facilitate ongoing product enhancements, updates, and improvements.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the employee’s supervisor or CEO.
• At least 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS technology solutions to US state and local customers.
• A natural hunter, skilled in multi-channel prospecting methods including cold calling, channel partner relationships, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and more.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
• Ability to technically comprehend and demonstrate SaaS products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to engage at all organizational levels.
• A strategic seller with expertise in account planning, employing a clear sales process to qualify and advance deals through the pipeline to closure.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting quotas and achieving targets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 30% within the United States.
• Preference for candidates based in California due to team collaboration and business needs.
