Account Executive – Staking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the entire sales process within the staking vertical, targeting foundations, ecosystem teams, and institutional holders as your potential clients. From initial outreach to finalized contracts, including renewals and expansions, this is your domain.

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, renewing, and expanding partnerships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem teams.

• Oversee the comprehensive launch of new validator ecosystems, including initial scoping, commercial negotiations, delegation activation, and go-to-market strategies.

• Identify and engage with institutional holders and ecosystem leaders in need of staking infrastructure and validator partnerships.

• Monitor new chain launches, protocol advancements, and market trends to uncover opportunities before they become apparent.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to finalize complex deals and maintain account retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, demonstrating a proven track record in metrics such as quota attainment, deal size, and account growth.

• Extensive understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including key players, capital movement, and significant protocols. You are aware of who drives volume in the market.

• At least 1 year of experience in staking-specific business development or sales, with knowledge of validators, liquid staking protocols, and institutional staking infrastructure.

• Ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing, and customer success teams to navigate complex deal structures.

• Proficient in leveraging AI for efficiency in prospecting research, call preparation, and deal intelligence. We want to see how you apply these tools in practice.
