This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from completing demos to closing deals.
• Utilize prospecting tools to research and target potential companies.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline.
• Acquire knowledge of our platform and present it to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms.
• Document and track all sales activities within Salesforce.com.
• Effectively use all sales technology tools.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position, ideally within a startup environment.
• Proven history of surpassing sales quotas.
• A passion for closing deals and assisting businesses by providing a product of tangible value.
• Solutions-oriented mindset—able to identify objections and demonstrate product value to customers, regardless of their industry knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—people trust you and feel that you genuinely advocate for your beliefs.
• Experience with fast-paced sales cycles or selling to small enterprises.
• Resilient nature—able to recover swiftly from setbacks, resourceful, and innovative in problem-solving.
• Proficiency with various sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• A strong desire to tackle significant challenges and create immediate positive effects.
• Willingness to accept feedback and maintain accountability.
• Capability to grasp basic technology concepts and apply them to business contexts.
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
