Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Generate and cultivate leads in both developed and developing regions through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Illustrate T-Mobile’s value proposition and suggest wireless solutions, which include pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and building relationships with leadership.

• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Employ sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).

• Over 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in a commission-based setting.

• Experience in outside B2B sales.

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands a high level of multitasking (Required).

• Customer Service: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail (Required).

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).

• Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating and closing deals, with skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
