This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Identify and create new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, partner referrals, industry events, and targeted prospecting.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to implementation handoff to account management and customer success teams.
• Establish and uphold a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise commerce opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to gain insights into customer objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
• Enhance awareness of the Shopware platform within the US eCommerce landscape.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Shopware’s platform capabilities, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), pricing models, and partner ecosystem.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations customized to meet the needs of merchants and partners.
• Collaborate with internal solutions teams and agency partners to provide impactful commerce solutions.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor positioning, and customer issues to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, agency partners, and stakeholders within the ecosystem.
• Ensure accurate CRM records and sales forecasting within HubSpot.
• Consistently monitor sales activities, opportunity stages, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to forecasting accuracy and revenue planning initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS, eCommerce, technology, or platform sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Experience in managing consultative or solution-oriented sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, agencies, or digital commerce technologies is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
