This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish and meet sales targets, and forge new partnerships with schools.
β’ Manage the entire sales process and negotiations, from initial outreach to the seamless transition of new clients to the operations team.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring you are seen as credible and trustworthy.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the expansion of new territories.
β’ Create sales forecasts and gather, analyze, and present insights on the market, customers, and competitors.
β’ Prepare and submit proposals, as well as respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in education sales, with a minimum of 3 years focused on enterprise or multi-site partnerships.
β’ Proven ability to independently prospect and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
β’ A strong history of achieving or surpassing sales targets with a high level of self-motivation.
β’ Knowledge of the charter school landscape and Kβ12 decision-making processes; direct experience with charter schools is highly advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability and readiness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
