This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Business Development resources to create strategic prospecting plans.
• Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within your designated region.
• Develop and implement territory and account-based sales strategies in conjunction with Sales Leadership.
• Direct successful enterprise sales initiatives while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee pricing discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with Varicent leadership and clients.
• Establish strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Sustain a high-performing sales pipeline and consistently drive revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of successful experience carrying a sales quota in enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing high-volume sales pipelines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Interest in the ICM, CRM, and broader SaaS technology sectors.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to quickly become a subject matter expert in Sales Performance Management.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, determination, and strong customer-centric sales skills.
