This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Accountable for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of large enterprise employer commercial clients.
• Act as the primary relationship steward for the assigned client portfolio, leveraging internal support as necessary to build connections with C-suite executives, influencers, and decision-makers within the organization.
• Formulate strategic plans with the assistance of the clinical account consultant and account manager.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing member and client satisfaction, as well as achieving net promoter score objectives.
• Deliver insightful and approachable plan recommendations, backed by reporting and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the contractual obligations associated with the assigned client portfolio, including financial aspects, performance guarantees, terms, and compliance regulations.
• Lead the account team in managing client vendor relationships as necessary.
• Oversee the client renewal process, including contract management responsibilities.
• Take ownership of performance guarantee reporting and its maintenance.
• Manage regulatory and compliance components. Analyze current pharmacy and healthcare trends, meeting with clients to offer proactive recommendations for plan management; seek opportunities to enhance client value by tailoring offerings to specific client needs.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across Capital Rx.
• Gather internal resources to address challenges effectively.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our business, including products and services; demonstrate a strong ability to answer client inquiries accurately and effectively.
• Review and provide insights on the JUDI product roadmap to ensure alignment with current priorities and milestones that meet client expectations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmacy benefits management sector.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience.
• Outstanding business acumen.
• Strong skills in client de-escalation, organizational management, and creative problem-solving.
• Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
• Knowledge and experience in financial and statistical reporting.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Ability to exercise significant judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act diplomatically.
• Travel is expected to be no more than 25% during peak periods of the year.
• Progressive experience in staff management.
• An educator who is reliable and willing to share knowledge while serving as a mentor.
• Capacity to independently identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
• An individual who can connect with people at all organizational levels and possesses excellent communication skills.
• An adept facilitator experienced in resolving conflicts among parties in dispute.
• A decisive person with a strategic mindset, possessing an operational focus and attention to detail.
• A strategic planner with robust technical skills, analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and a strong operational focus.
