This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize financing transactions for companies ranging from small to large enterprises.
• Establish programmatic and transactional relationships with manufacturers, dealers, end users, and/or finance partners.
• Achieve an annual target of $20MM in originations through closing and funding.
• Actively manage transactions from sourcing through credit, structuring, pricing, and funding.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry changes, and enhance product knowledge.
• Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, business, or marketing).
• Over 5 years of experience in the equipment financing industry or in a sales role that incorporates leasing/financing as a key component of the sales process.
• Demonstrated history of success in the field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential issues.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
