This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate and guide clients to foster robust, trustworthy relationships with Cleo customers
• Implement an effective sales process from initial lead to appointment and closing
• Gather client feedback and refine messaging to enhance downstream execution
• Meet with clients to explore their needs and finalize the sale execution
• Collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers to develop a program that aligns with client requirements and budget
• Negotiate with clients, address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor and report on the progress of client Cleo programs
• Utilize AI-driven analytics and intent data to identify high-potential accounts and prioritize outreach
• Leverage insights from Cleo’s AI-powered platform to customize solution narratives that address each prospect’s unique supply chain and integration challenges
• Work alongside internal teams to highlight AI-generated signals that help anticipate client needs and expedite deal progression
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales position
• EDI experience in the B2B SaaS sector is essential
• Willingness to travel 30–40% on average
• Demonstrates a strong passion for outside sales
• Communicates confidently in person, via phone, and online
• Maintains a positive outlook and strives for continuous improvement
• Ambitious and motivated to achieve success
• Works effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Upholds a strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Enthusiastic about learning within the IT industry
• Familiar with AI-assisted sales tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, Salesforce Einstein, or similar) to manage pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research, prospecting, and communication to enhance efficiency and output
• Curious about how AI and automation are transforming supply chain, EDI, and B2B integration—and able to discuss these trends confidently with prospects
