This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Maintain and expand the territory of current customers/practices in the oncology sector.
• Comprehend and pinpoint the strategic vision and goals within customer organizations.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers across various levels, including executives.
• Aid customers in optimizing McKesson products and recognizing additional product requirements.
• Establish and sustain effective working relationships with internal departments and teams.
• Ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned to achieve agreed goals and strategies for customers.
• Strategize, plan, prioritize, and implement sales activities to generate opportunities with both new and existing practices.
• Actively engage in an ongoing customer planning process and evaluate customer value.
• Proactively enhance networks to create opportunities.
• Communicate the ROI/value of products, services, and solutions effectively.
• Create customer feedback systems and oversee concerns and satisfaction levels within practices.
• Disseminate information to practices to enhance their understanding and foster collaborative relationships.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience, particularly in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or another healthcare-related area.
• Over 4 years of progressive experience in sales or service roles.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in professional communication, with the ability to convey complex messages and sell services through written and verbal communication to a variety of practice stakeholders (including physicians and administrative staff).
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com or CRM systems, ideally with experience in SAP.
• Experience in delivering quarterly customer business reviews or analyzing performance and conveying value to customers.
• Proven track record in customer growth and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships at the executive level and conduct executive meetings and presentations.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Oncology or Rheumatology.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products (preferably oncology) and the buy-and-bill model.
• Must have authorization to work in the US without restrictions – this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
