This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and maintain relationships with K-12 school districts and educational leaders.
• Foster new business development and enhance existing accounts.
• Navigate intricate, long-term sales processes and secure multi-year contracts.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions with key decision-makers.
• Create and implement growth strategies for territories and accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful onboarding and implementation.
• Keep precise pipeline tracking and activities updated in the CRM.
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and regional activities.
• Regularly achieve or surpass revenue and growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in selling to school districts and engaging with educational leaders.
• Strong consultative selling abilities and relationship-building expertise.
• Capability to manage extended sales cycles and complex transactions.
• Highly Preferred: Experience as a K-12 classroom teacher.
• Familiarity with professional development programs in educational settings.
• Background in working with large or notable school districts.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Competitive salary up to $90K plus an incentive plan.
