This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Oversee a territory consisting of approximately 10 to 15 clients in the financial sector.

• Meet designated sales goals through activities focused on account retention and growth.

• Enhance existing relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

• Conduct consultative discussions with clients to uncover their business needs and develop a strategic solution.

• Work collaboratively with strategy, product, analytics, and delivery teams to create proposals.

• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract conditions while managing the renewal process.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients through both in-person and virtual meetings.

• Keep precise records in the CRM, ensuring visibility of the pipeline and maintaining forecast discipline.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of proven success in a sales role with quota responsibilities.

• Proven track record of acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and meeting revenue goals.

• Experience selling to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions is preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of demonstrated expertise in integrated multi-channel marketing, media, and digital advertising.

• Proven success in leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

• Ability to leverage data, insights, and market context to craft a compelling vision for clients.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
