This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead outbound prospecting initiatives within a designated geographic area - remotely through phone, email, video calls, etc. - targeting a specific group of hospitality enterprises such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, and casinos.
• Concentrate on both new business development (approximately 70%) and growth within an assigned customer portfolio (approximately 30%), enhancing share of wallet by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Oversee a territory that encompasses a combination of new prospects and assigned accounts, categorized by geography and, in some instances, by brand affiliation.
• Research, identify, and cultivate a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects utilizing internal tools and external resources.
• Utilize platforms such as Salesloft and Salesforce to manage multi-step outreach strategies, log activities, track engagement, and report on pipeline health.
• Engage directly with key decision-makers (such as General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, Directors of Operations) to comprehend their business requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning, adjust messaging based on prospect feedback, and maintain alignment with campaign strategies.
• Remain updated on hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to enhance outreach efforts and maximize relevance.
• A minimum of three years of proven performance in exceeding sales quotas with recurring revenue-based services.
• Established track record in generating incremental revenue and maintaining a high level of outbound sales activities.
• Competitive and assertive sales demeanor with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to devise creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with prompt responsiveness.
• Experience selling to restaurants and hotels is advantageous.
• Passionate about the hospitality sector and committed to promoting sustainable water solutions.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft, Highspot, or similar tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
