This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Facilitate the expansion and retention of local government accounts through direct sales and effective account management initiatives.
• Create new sales prospects and achieve monthly sales and renewal goals by proactively engaging with government accounts.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to promote account growth, conduct account evaluations, and pinpoint upsell and renewal prospects.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and sales techniques.
• Exhibit professional and ethical behavior in interactions with customers and colleagues to foster a collaborative workplace environment.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as directed by business management as necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 3+ Years of experience selling to Government (State and Local) accounts. (Preferred).
• 3+ Years of extensive customer service experience (Preferred).
• 3+ Years of sales experience in business markets (Preferred).
• 3+ Years of sales experience in the wireless industry. (Preferred).
• 3+ Years of telesales or technical sales experience. (Preferred).
• Account Management skills (Required).
• Prospecting & Selling abilities (Required).
• Attention to Detail (Required).
• Problem Solving and Analytical skills (Required).
• Relationship Building (Required).
• Negotiation skills (Required).
• Proficiency in CRM & Microsoft Office, particularly with CRM systems like Salesforce (Required).
