This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts.
• Assist a Global Account Manager with core client-facing tasks for one account.
• Provide customer service, prepare and analyze data, manage business plans, and oversee customer metrics.
• Track customer feedback to pinpoint and address issues.
• Review and rectify discrepancies, such as credit card reconciliations.
• Collaborate with customers to either create a business plan or assist in executing the plan when needed.
• Experience in Quality/Account management practices and Customer Service.
• Proficient in using CRM tools with a solid understanding of relevant technological enablers.
• Ability to analyze and formulate plans tailored to client needs based on project experience.
• Background in customer-facing or expanded operational roles within the Energy, Resource, and Marine Travel sectors.
• Familiarity with project management and BCD Travel Products and Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics gained through agency or procurement roles, along with business analysis and financial understanding.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Knowledgeable about client technology tools within the travel industry.
• Possess a College, Associate, or University degree, or equivalent experience.
