This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue expansion for Outseer’s FraudAction Services by utilizing a mix of direct sales and partner-led initiatives.
• Take the initiative to construct and implement a pipeline across global markets, managing opportunities from start to finish while collaborating with digital banking platforms and strategic channel partners to enhance reach and effectiveness through indirect market channels.
• Target an ideal customer profile that encompasses small to mid-sized financial institutions, digital banking platforms, MSSPs, and fintechs, assisting them in proactively safeguarding against evolving fraud and cyber threats.
• Take responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings, pipeline generation, and revenue objectives through both direct and indirect sales strategies.
• Spearhead direct sales of Outseer’s Fraud Action Services within designated target verticals across various global regions.
• Independently develop, oversee, and sustain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound efforts, partner engagement, and self-sourced opportunities, maintaining 3–4x pipeline coverage relative to quota.
• Cultivate, manage, and enhance strong relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic channel partners to expedite pipeline generation and deal closure.
• Identify, onboard, empower, and scale digital banking partners and other indirect channel relationships, serving as the primary sales owner for partner-sourced opportunities.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partner stakeholders to drive opportunities forward, negotiate contracts, maximize commercial outcomes, and efficiently close deals.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of pipeline, forecast, partner, and account data within CRM systems; provide clear updates regarding pipeline status, account progress, and partner performance to internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in direct sales, account management, business development, and/or channel sales, ideally within cybersecurity, fraud prevention, SaaS, or financial services technology.
• Proven success in independently generating a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partner-led opportunities, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality and enthusiasm for closing deals.
• Experience in selling through indirect channels, alliances, or strategic partners; familiarity with digital banking platforms, financial institutions, fintechs, or related partner ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a global role across various regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Resourceful, results-driven self-starter with strong execution discipline, follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong integrity, accountability, and professionalism; willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).
• Experience with complete end-to-end ownership and proactive execution.
• Full accountability for pipeline development and sales results; independently led initiatives from prospecting to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through focused execution.
• Strong grasp of sales strategies, partner-led motions, and the fraud prevention and cyber intelligence landscape to effectively position solutions and execute deals with sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment; make timely decisions, track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Deliver executive-level communication; provide clear, concise, and confident communication to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; influence decisions and align cross-functional teams across regions.
