This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the entire sales process for your designated area - from identifying prospects and initial outreach to discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and finalizing deals.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, effectively balancing warm inbound inquiries with proactive outbound prospecting.
• Conduct engaging in-person meetings and customized demonstrations that align Flipdish’s value with each client's commercial and operational objectives.
• Listen attentively, diagnose issues, and provide guidance - identify pain points, create a consultative business case, and suggest the most suitable solution and commercial framework.
• Navigate complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders, address objections, and advance opportunities with speed and professionalism.
• Challenge ineffective decisions and advocate for improved practices. Engaging in constructive challenge is a duty - prioritizing harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.
• Possess 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in field sales or territory management.
• Demonstrate a proven history of building your own outbound pipeline and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
• Exhibit confidence in conducting consultative discussions - asking insightful questions, listening effectively, and linking product value to business outcomes.
• Be highly organized and self-motivated - capable of planning your territory, managing your time, and following up independently without constant supervision.
• Show commercial acumen and comfort in discussing pricing, ROI, and contract details.
• Have experience in the restaurant industry or familiarity with selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized restaurants.
• Possess strong negotiation skills with evidence of successfully closing mid-market or multi-site deals.
• Be knowledgeable about POS systems, online ordering, loyalty programs, or restaurant operations tools.
