πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities in the restaurant sector, including QSR, fast casual, casual dining, franchisors, large franchisees, and multi-unit operators.

β€’ Develop strategic account plans targeting specific restaurant brands, ownership groups, and franchise portfolios.

β€’ Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from discovery and demonstration to pilot, procurement, negotiation, and closure.

β€’ Create compelling business cases that effectively demonstrate Solink’s ROI for restaurant operators and enterprise brands.

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients by comprehending their business, challenges, executive priorities, and long-term growth objectives.

β€’ Keep abreast of trends affecting restaurants, including labor issues, margin pressures, loss prevention, technology adoption, off-premise ordering, and operational efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of successful experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS, restaurant technology, security, POS, payments, loss prevention, or operations technology.

β€’ A robust existing network within the restaurant industry.

β€’ Experience in selling to restaurants, ideally across QSR, fast casual, casual dining, or multi-unit franchise environments.

β€’ A proven history of surpassing quotas and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

β€’ Experience in managing lengthy sales cycles, pilots, procurement, legal reviews, and executive negotiations.

β€’ Capability to develop strategic account plans and transition significant opportunities from prospecting to closure.

β€’ Confidence in building trust with C-level executives, owners, operators, and functional leaders.
