This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and drive new enterprise business across various verticals.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new organizations and enhance existing relationships.
• Oversee complex, multi-threaded sales processes involving executive stakeholders and intricate buying groups.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers, including CMOs, CXOs, Directors of Marketing, and VPs of Operations, positioning yourself as a strategic partner instead of a vendor.
• Navigate large organizations by aligning multiple stakeholders around business outcomes and measurable value.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure client success.
• Identify whitespace within target accounts and cultivate expansion opportunities that foster long-term revenue growth.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and clear execution plans for deals.
• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on continuous learning, winning, and improvement.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• A proven history of surpassing sales quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Comfortable handling complex, high-value deals while navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus and operational discipline.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce (preferred) with excellent forecasting skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and effective in driving internal consensus.
