This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a regular schedule of meetings with each client in your designated territory, both in-person and virtually.
• Inform clients about Fiserv developments and how they influence their organization.
• Foster an approachable atmosphere for clients to engage with you and Fiserv.
• Advocate for and promote collaboration with other Fiserv business divisions to achieve revenue growth, enhance client value, and improve satisfaction.
• Manage client operational escalations to resolution, as well as monitor escalated support tickets, client enhancement requests, and significant Professional Services projects.
• Organize team training on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products as necessary.
• Formulate and oversee Client Action Plans for key clients, nurture and maintain Client References, and act as the primary contact for addressing client satisfaction concerns.
• Assist with client visits and conferences while ensuring the accuracy of billing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales directed at C-Level executives.
• Background in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient in eCRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Fiserv account processing products, online banking solutions, and associated business units.
• Experience with Fiserv systems or applications.
• Additional certifications in banking or financial technology sectors are a plus.
• Current valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for consideration for this position.
