Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead generation: Cultivate and manage leads in both developed and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Customer needs: Engage in selling to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Recommend wireless solutions, encompassing pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Deal negotiation: Facilitate negotiations and successfully close deals.

• Skill development: Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with guidance from leadership.

• Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings.

• Sales approaches: Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Sales automation: Leverage sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and projections.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• 1+ years of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands a high level of multi-tasking (Required)

• Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail (Required)

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)

• Negotiation: Proficient negotiating and closing abilities, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
