Account Executive, Business Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Assess customer needs and employ solution-oriented selling to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Suggest wireless solutions, which include pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Engage in negotiations and finalize sales agreements.

• Cultivate skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with support from leadership.

• Attend product training sessions and participate in sales meetings.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Utilize sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, preferably in a commissioned setting (Preferred).

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred).

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands a high level of multi-tasking (Required).

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail (Required).

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).

• Proficient negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities (Required).

• Must be at least 18 years old.
