Account Executive, Business Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead Generation: Cultivate and manage leads in both developed and undeveloped regions through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Customer Needs: Effectively sell to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Deal Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to successfully close deals.

• Skill Development: Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with support from leadership.

• Training Participation: Attend product training sessions and sales meetings.

• Sales Approaches: Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Sales Automation: Employ sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Over 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in Outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that necessitates a high level of multi-tasking (Required)

• Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail (Required)

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)

• Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating and closing deals, including skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required)

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
