This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Generate and cultivate leads through methods such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Recognize customer needs and employ solution-oriented selling to showcase T-Mobile’s benefits.
• Propose wireless solutions, which encompass pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize sales.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships.
• Develop successful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, oversee the sales pipeline, and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Over 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers through sales (Preferred).
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Required).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (Required).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).
• Proficient negotiating and closing capabilities (Required).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
