This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Transition into a genuine Account Executive position or enhance your current role.
• Develop a sales pipeline from warm and targeted outbound lists.
• Identify and engage with leaders in fleet management, EMS, fire safety, and training sectors.
• Schedule meetings and conduct discovery conversations.
• Advance opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
• Secure new business and oversee deal follow-up.
• Utilize HubSpot to maintain a clean pipeline, notes, and next steps.
• Navigate light procurement processes and occasional RFPs.
• Travel approximately once a month for conferences, client meetings, or team events.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, including roles such as SDR, BDR, inside sales, AE, or high-volume B2C sales.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate activity, and secure meetings.
• Evidence of successful sales performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Strong follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and a less structured sales process.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
