β€’ Promote programmable voice, messaging, Voice AI, wireless, and networking products to both technical and business audiences β€” from developer teams utilizing our APIs to C-suite executives assessing infrastructure partners.

β€’ Manage your complete sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close.

β€’ Clearly communicate Telnyx's unique value proposition (private network, carrier-grade reliability, AI-native capabilities) and handle objections against competitors such as Twilio and Vonage.

β€’ Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to create tailored communications and AI solutions that address real business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.

β€’ Ensure precise pipeline reporting and forecasting β€” no surprises.

β€’ Assist customers in establishing success metrics and essential goals post-sale.

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor β€” support customers in achieving their business objectives with the right Telnyx solutions.

β€’ Execute both quick-win transactional deals and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated success in selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or AI/ML platforms.

β€’ Proven history of closing both Enterprise and SMB deals, across a wide range of sales cycle complexities.

β€’ Over 2 years of direct experience in CPaaS, Voice AI, IoT, or similar technical infrastructure sales.

β€’ Consistent record of exceeding quotas β€” top performer mindset.

β€’ Strong consultative selling abilities: capable of developing a clear, compelling ROI narrative for both technical and business stakeholders.

β€’ Established reputation as a trusted partner β€” customers return to you, not just the product.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You prioritize listening before pitching.

β€’ Hunter mentality β€” you generate your own pipeline and excel at outbound efforts.

β€’ Familiarity with SPIN, GAP, Challenger, and MEDDPICC sales methodologies.

β€’ Comfortable utilizing modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.).

β€’ BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
