This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within targeted markets.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing partnerships.
• Conduct discovery discussions to grasp customer requirements related to labor tracking, compliance, costing, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Product and Services team to provide customized product demonstrations and effectively communicate AutoTime’s value proposition to executive, operational, finance, and technical audiences.
• Navigate complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, including operations, finance, IT, compliance, and program management teams.
• Create and deliver proposals, pricing structures, and business cases.
• Work closely with marketing, product, services, and leadership teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitive actions, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Assist in refining messaging, sales processes, pricing strategies, and account planning practices as the business evolves.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B software, enterprise software, or complex solution sales.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and closing multi-phase deals.
• Experience in selling to aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
• Strong ability to convey value to both technical and business-oriented audiences.
• Comfort with long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing growth, customer needs, and operational realities.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, implementation, or customer success teams.
• Capability to operate with high levels of ownership, accountability, and resourcefulness in a scaling organization.
• Familiarity with timekeeping, labor tracking, compliance, ERP, or MES software is preferred.
