This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take charge of and develop the Phoenix/Scottsdale territory (residency in territory is required)
• Engage in daily prospecting through calls, emails, in-person meetings, networking, and participation in industry events
• Dedicate several days each week to the market by visiting restaurants and enhancing your presence within the local hospitality sector
• Conduct engaging, high-energy demonstrations that effectively convey return on investment (ROI)
• Generate urgency and consistently close deals within a short sales cycle
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the restaurant landscape in Phoenix/Scottsdale
• Establish yourself as a well-known figure in the restaurant community
• Collaborate with your regional team to refine messaging, exchange best practices, and drive market strategies
• Safeguard the brand by selling with integrity, avoiding overpromising, heavy discounting, and misaligned deals
• Demonstrated success as a hunter with a proven track record in outbound sales
• Experience in selling to small and medium-sized business decision-makers
• Comfortable working within sales cycles that are under 30 days
• Competitive, resilient, and driven
• Thrives in high-activity and high-volume environments
• Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
• Confident in delivering impactful product demonstrations and communicating long-term ROI
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Relationship-oriented
• Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale territory multiple times a week
